Most of our products (such as healing gems & candles) are dispatched from the UK.
Please note we can’t cancel the order after it’s been dispatched.

We support shipping to UK, EU, USA and Canada.
We cannot ship to a PO address.
Please double check your shipping address before placing an order: Too often a simple error or a missing detail can mean that your shipment will arrive late or not at all. We will try to reach out to you (via email or phone) if the shipping address you entered doesn’t match with the address on file with the shipping carrier.

Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location: based on our records, typically 3–5 working days for UK addresses and up to 7 working days for EU addresses. Please note that customs processing and local postal services may affect delivery times.
