We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your item(s), you may return them within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
How to initiate a return:
- Contact us: Start by reaching out to our Customer Service team via our contact form or by emailing [email protected]. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Prepare your package: Make sure the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging.
- Return label: We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print and attach it to your parcel.
- Send it back: Drop off your package at the nearest shipping location.
Return Conditions:
- 30-Day Free Returns: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products should be unused and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Return After 30 Days: If your return is initiated after 30 days, a return fee may apply. We’ll let you know the cost before you proceed.
Non-Returnable Items:
For safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:
- Personalised items
- Final sale items
- Opened personal care products
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges:
To exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or colour), please follow the return steps above and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please send us a photo so we can sort it out for you. We’ll usually send a replacement straight away.
