How Grounding Works
Grounding connects your body to the earth’s natural energy, which helps neutralize harmful free radicals. While standing barefoot outside is one way to ground, our indoor grounding mat allows you to connect to the earth using a grounded electrical outlet. Electrical outlets are grounded to the earth through your home’s wiring system, and when you use the mat, the earth’s slight negative charge flows through the outlet to the mat, delivering potential benefits like improved sleep, reduced pain, and overall wellness.

Watch our instructional video in the product sidebar to see how to test the grounding mat for conductivity and body voltage. These tests demonstrate the mat’s effectiveness in grounding the body. We also include a manual, testing instructions and QR code in the package with your grounding mat. If testing with a multimeter, ensure it supports safety resistance up to 100,000 Ohms. Our cords are designed with a built-in resistance of 91,000 Ohms for your safety.
