It's very stretchy and soft, tho the little box part (where you have to press to power on and off) is not really as comfortable. Since it's hard and since being like a head band, it's pressed up against your forehead; tho i'll get used to it, it's good.
Item arrived in 5 days in a plastic bag with a charger and tiny paper instruction. Bluetooth pairing was fairly simple and works as intended.
