Shipping policy

i. Overview

Every order is packed and posted from Essex. We aim to post within two working days of an order being placed. Most orders are dispatched the next working day.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland. We hope to expand to the EU in the near future.

ii. UK Delivery

"Working day" means Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

iii. Tracking

You'll receive an email when your order is dispatched, with the tracking number and a link. You can also look up an order at any time on the order tracking page.

If a parcel hasn't moved for more than five working days, get in touch. Royal Mail occasionally pause a parcel in a sorting office and we can usually nudge things forwards.

iv. Damaged or Lost Parcels

Damaged in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please email a photo of the damage and one of the packaging it arrived in, with a quick note on what's wrong, to hello@tinypatio.com within 14 days of delivery. The packaging shot just helps us claim it back from Royal Mail. Then you can choose either to receive a brand-new replacement or get a full refund, and you keep the damaged kit.

Apparently lost

If your parcel appears to be lost, we'll work with Royal Mail to investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where necessary.

v. Returns & Refunds

We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy for any items you change your mind about. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be completely unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

We accept returns only if the kit remains sealed and in a re-saleable condition.

We cannot accept returns if the kit has been opened, needles have been threaded, or any stitches have been made.

How to return

Please email us at hello@tinypatio.com with your order number to start a return. Once we verify your order, we will provide you with the return address for our fulfilment centre.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for missing return parcels.

vi. Order Cancellations

We pack and dispatch orders quickly (often the next working day). If you need to cancel your order, please email us immediately at hello@tinypatio.com

We will do our absolute best to catch it before it leaves. However, once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be stopped in transit. In this case, you are welcome to return the unopened kit to us within 30 days for a refund once it arrives (subject to our standard return eligibility, with return shipping at your own cost).
