Garden Mouse Embroidery Kit | Thread Painting & Stumpwork, 6" Hoop

A busy little mouse, a garden full of carrots, and a project to really sink into.

A sweet mouse is hard at work in her vegetable patch, spade in paw, with carrots and leafy tops pushing up through the soil. This is one of Jessica's more challenging kits: thread painting gives the mouse her realistic fur, and stumpwork lifts the carrots and leaves right off the fabric.

The printed instructions and online video tutorial guide you through each technique in turn — padding the carrots, shaping the 3D leaves, layering the fur — so the challenge feels rewarding rather than daunting. The finished hoop is full of texture you will want to reach out and touch.
